11+ Group Tuition

My weekly 11+ small‑group tuition is carefully designed to provide an exceptional balance of personalised teacher guidance and purposeful peer collaboration. Groups are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of six students, ensuring every child receives individual attention while benefiting from shared learning.

Lessons take place in my fully interactive classroom for one hour each week during term time (see term dates). Sessions draw upon a thoughtfully curated range of games and high‑quality learning resources, creating lessons that are stimulating, dynamic, and enjoyable.

Over the course of the academic year, students are guided through the full 11+ syllabus, including English, Mathematics, and Verbal Reasoning. Where appropriate, Non‑Verbal Reasoning materials are recommended to further strengthen a child’s preparation and confidence.

Beyond academic instruction, my approach places strong emphasis on exam readiness and student wellbeing. Pupils receive expert coaching in exam technique, timing strategies, and question approach, alongside support in managing exam nerves. Common exam pitfalls are explicitly addressed, and clear, constructive feedback is provided throughout the year to ensure steady progress.

This comprehensive and supportive programme is designed to give your child the strongest possible foundation for success in the 11+.
