Mrs Sarah Davies, BCs (Hons), PGCE, QTS
I completed a four year Psychology Honours Degree at the University of Bath, which included a placement year working alongside Educational Psychologists at The British Dyslexia Association. I completed a Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) at the University of Roehampton, followed by gaining Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
After graduating, I worked as a classroom teacher at Ravenscourt Park Preparatory School, Putney High School and Kensington Prep School. I taught a wide range of subjects, focusing on the core areas of the curriculum. I took on Head of Department responsibilities for Mathematics and Art and Design and I was a Teacher Governor. I have bundles of patience when working with my pupils and I am empathetic towards their needs.
I have an Enhanced DBS check and I have completed Safeguarding Training (both with my previous employer). References are available on request.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy a range of water sports with my husband, including swimming, sailing and windsurfing alongside raising our two children. I love spending time with our children and I particularly adore observing their learning when everything is so new!
